Monday - Friday from Boca Raton, Fl. We do our best to ship orders the same day that they are placed.

Important:

If you have a mailbox that can only be accessed by USPS, please choose a USPS shipping option at checkout. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box please do not choose a UPS shipping option at checkout .If you have special delivery instructions such as a location to leave the package, a gate code, etc., place a note in your cart before checkout and we will add it as a memo on your shipping label. Domestic packages lost 'In Transit' by the shipping carrier are covered by us and a duplicate order will be sent or store credit issued. Once a package has been deemed 'Delivered' or 'Available for Pickup' by the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for the package. Depending on the value of the order, we may add signature confirmation tracking to ensure that the package is not left unattended at your doorstep.
